Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the isltech.ai website and the AI voice receptionist services provided by ISLTech ("ISLTech", "we", "us"). The specifics of any paid engagement are set out in a separate, signed Service Agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Our services

ISLTech designs, deploys, and operates AI voice agents that answer calls, take bookings, answer questions, and route complex requests to your team. The exact scope, configuration, and service levels for your engagement are described in your Service Agreement.

3. Fees and payment

Fees, billing frequency, currency, and payment terms are set out in your Service Agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of service.

4. Term and termination

Engagements run month-to-month after any initial pilot period, and either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Longer or custom terms, where agreed, are governed by the Service Agreement. We may suspend or terminate service for material breach, non-payment, or unlawful use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to break the law, to harass or defraud callers, to send unlawful or deceptive communications, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public information confidential and to use it only to perform its obligations. A mutual NDA applies to information exchanged during an engagement.

7. Data processing

Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so under our separate Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to our platform, models, tooling, and methods. You retain all rights to your own content, brand, and data. You receive a non-exclusive right to use the services for the duration of your engagement.

9. Warranties and liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
