How pricing actually works
Why is there a setup fee?
Setup includes the work that doesn't repeat: discovery sessions with your team, building your custom system prompt, uploading your menus and policies to the knowledge base, integrating with your booking system, internal testing, and pilot launch with monitoring. Typically 30-80 hours depending on complexity.
What drives the monthly cost?
Mostly call volume. A small dental practice with 30 calls a day costs less to operate than a 4-location restaurant with 200 calls a day. We base the monthly fee on a reasonable call volume for your business size, with overage rates for usage beyond the included minutes.
Why do you offer a pilot?
The pilot lets you see real call data before committing to a longer contract. It's also where we both learn what edge cases matter for your specific business. After 30 days, we discuss what to adjust and you decide whether to continue at the post-pilot rate.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Pilots have no cancellation requirement. Post-pilot monthly retainers run on 30-day notice. We don't lock you in — if the AI isn't earning its keep, we shouldn't be in business with you.
