How does the OpenTable integration work?
After authorising us as your OpenTable third-party processor (a one-time DocuSign with your account manager), we plug directly into OpenTable's API. Bookings made through the AI appear in your GuestCenter dashboard exactly like web bookings. Approval typically takes 3-4 weeks.
What if we have multiple locations?
One AI agent can serve all your locations. When a customer calls, the AI asks which location they want, then routes the conversation accordingly. Each location can have different hours, menus, and policies — the AI handles the complexity.
What about menu changes?
